Compatibility with Thunderbolt of MacBook Pro

What is Thunderbolt?

From the latest MacBook Pro model called Early 2011, MacBook Pro carries Thunderbolt port instead of Mini DisplayPort. The port is said to be compatible with Mini DisplayPort in its shape and signal protocol.
