Image quality issue - FlexScan EV2335W and FORIS FS2332
We announce an image quality issue that could occur in some shipments of FlexScan EV2335W and FORIS FS2332. If you have an affected monitor, we will provide service to solve the issue. Please contact your nearest EIZO subsidiary or distributor for assistance.
The image quality issue is an on-screen phenomenon in which images cannot be displayed correctly from the center to the right side of the screen. This issue may occur when the monitor is used after several months and originates due to a defect in the LCD panel. Please be assured, this issue does not affect product safety.
