FAQs

Troubles occur (e.g. locations of windows are changed, the movie stops, the system freezes and so on) after I change PinP or PbyP settings of EV3237.

Becase EV3237 resends EDID to the PC after PinP/PbyP settings, applications could work incorrectly. Please configure PinP/PbyP after turning the PC off.
