FAQs

EV3237 does not show any image with DVI connection.

Please use a graphics board which supports Dual link DVI. and please note that Intel graphics GPUs does not support Dual link.

You can get 4k resolution with HDMI connection but a graphics board needs to support 4k resolution. If not, it shows up to full HD resolution.

If you use DVI Dual link or HDMI to display 4k resolution, you could feel images less smooth due to lower reflesh rate of 30 Hz.
